Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, bring water to boil. Add Earl Grey tea bags, dried rose buds and brown sugar. Brew according to the preference on the concentration.
Step 2
In another pot, heat up the milk under low heat and whisk the milk 3-5 minutes or until foamed.
Step 3
In a glass, add the rose tea. Add the milk foam and milk.
Step 4
Ready to serve
