Milan Pork Chop

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Use the back of a knife to tenderize the pork chop, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2
Use the back of a knife to tenderize the pork chop, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the egg, add bread crumbs and shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 4
Coat the pork chop with a layer of corn starch, then dip into the egg mixture.

Step 5
In a pan, heat up some oil on medium high heat, add pork chop to deep fry until golden, about 3 minutes of each side.

Step 6
Place on top of a parchment paper and bake inside a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes.Remove the pork chop and soak off excess oil with a kitchen paper.

Step 7
Slice a lemon.Transfer the pork chop to plate and serve with lemon slices.
