Mexican Seafood Ceviche

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the shrimp, tuna, white fish and scallop into bite size

Step 2
Finely chop the onion, cucumber and tomato

Step 3
Chop the cilantro

Step 4
Juice the lemon and lime and cover with the seafood

Step 5
Refrigerate for 45 minutes

Step 6
Toss together the seafood with the onion and tomato mixture

Step 7
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Peel and cut into dice, add together with the seafood

Step 8
Drizzle with olive oil, dried oregano and season with salt
