Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a mixer, beat the butter and the sugar until fluffy then add the egg and mix it again

Step 2
Gradually add the cake flour and baking powder and mix until combine

Step 3
Add Kellogg’s Müeslix Harvest Fruit and mix again

Step 4
Place a parchment paper on a baking tray, spoon the dough on the tray

Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

Step 6
Remove the scones to the rack and let cool
