Meatball in Tomato Red Wine Sauce

Step 1
Finely chop the onion

Combine all the ingredients together, mix well and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

Form the mixture to a ball size as your desire preference

In a pan, add some oil and pan fry the meatball until golden brown

Set it aside

Clean and chop the tomatoes and finely dice the onion

Finely dice the onion

In a sauce pan, add oil on a high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant

Add the diced tomato and the can of chopped tomato

Add the red wine, chicken broth and the rest of the seasoning. Bring the sauce to boil and lower the heat to medium

Add the meatball and cook for about 20 minutes until the sauce is thicken
