Step 1
Preheat the waffle machine to medium high heat.In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla extract.

Step 2
Sieve in the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, salt and sugar

Step 3
Whisk until there is no lump. Add the vegetable oil and whisk until smooth and transfer the batter to the measuring cup.

Step 4
Pour the batter about 3/4 full in the waffle machine and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked

Step 5
Scoop the ice cream on the waffle and ready to serve
