Matcha Nama Chocolate

A blend of the milk chocolate and fresh cream make it rich and smooth, melt in your mouth.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the parchment paper in the chocolate mold(19cmx13cm). Set aside.

Step 2
Dice the unsalted butter. In a bowl, add the butter, white chocolate beans and whipping cream. Set aside.

Step 3
Place in a double boiler until it melts.

Step 4
Addthe sieved matcha powder and mix well.

Step 5
Pour the mixture into the mold.

Step 6
Place a thick towel on the table. Shake it slightly to remove gas bubbles. Cover the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Step 7
Remove the mold. Slightly heat the knife. Cut the chocolate into pieces.
