Step 1
Place the white chocolate in a double broiler to melt

Step 2
Add the butter until it dissolve

In another bowl, beat the egg and sugar until fluffy

Combine the flour and macha powder, sieve through the strainer to the chocolate and egg mixture

Combine the flour and matcha powder

Step 6
Sieve through the strainer to the chocolate and egg mixture

Step 7
Brush the melted butter in the ramekin and slightly dust the matcha powder around

Step 8
Pour the mixture in the ramekin about 3/4 full

Step 9
Refrigerated for 20 minutes

Step 10
Preheat the oven at 200°C and bake it for 7 minutes

Step 11
Turn the ramekin upside down and take out the cake

Step 12
Dust over with powder sugar and serve hot
