Step 1

In a large bowl, sieve the powdered sugar and matcha powder.

Step 2

Add the melted butter and mix well.

Step 3

Gradually add the hot water and whisk until it smooth.

Step 4

Cut the pound cake into 3-4cm cubes then cut it in half.

Step 5

Spread the matcha mixture between the pound cake and stick it back together.

Step 6

Dip the cubes in the matcha mixture then coat with the coconut flakes. Ready to serve.
