Recipe Details
One of the famous dishes in Chengdu. It requires both fresh ingredients, seasons, as well as sophisticated slicing and cooking style. Cooked sliced pork will be stored in fridge. After taking out, you may stir it well with soy sauce, chili oil and garlic then take it as appetizer.

Step 1
Peek the cucumber and slice it. Put sliced cucumber on plate.

Step 2
Boil water then pour Hua Diao rice wine and sliced ginger in

Step 3
Blanch sliced pork and take it out for further use

Step 4
Chop green onion and mash garlic.

Step 5
Mix well mashed garlic, soy sauce, Cha Shao sauce, sugar, chili oil and sesame oil to make the sauce.

Step 6
Put sliced pork on cucumber and pour the just-made sauce on.Garnish by green onion, peppers and white sesame.
