Step 1
Dissolve the cocoa powder in hot water.
Step 2
Heat 130mL milk on low heat until slightly fuming. Add dissolved cocoa and mix well.
Step 3
Whisk together the coffee and cocoa milk.
Step 4
Heat 150mL milk on low heat until slightly fuming. Beat with milk frother until foamed.
Step 5
Pour the milk foam into coffee.
Step 6
Garnish with marshmallows and ready to serve.
