Maple Syrup Peanut Twisted Biscuits

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

Step 2
Sieve the cake flour then add the caster sugar, salt and mix well.

Step 3
Gradually add the whipping cream, maple syrup and mix into a dough.

Step 4
Add the peanut and mix again.

Step 5
Place the dough in the zipper bag and roll it into 5mm thick. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 6
Cut the dough in strip with same length and twist the strip.

Step 7
Place the strip in the oven and bake it for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and ready to serve.
