Maple Syrup French Toast Cup

Making French toast in a muffin tin give bonus points for cuteness. Fluffy French toast with the fragrant and creamy taste of egg, ideal dish for afternoon tea!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Coat the muffin tray with some cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 2
Dice the bread and set aside.

Step 3
Mix together milk, maple syrup, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and salt.

Step 4
Add the bread and stir well to ensure all bread cubes absorb egg wash.

Step 5
Fill 12-well Muffin tray with the bread mixture until 80% full and gently press. Place banana, dried cranberry and chocolate chips on top respectively.

Step 6
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup. Ready to serve.
