Mango Sticky Rice

You can enjoy the soft and sweet mango sticky rice even if you are in Hong Kong!

Coconut cream topping sauce ingredients
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and soak the Thai glutinous rice for 3 hours. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Prepare the coconut cream sauce to mix with rice. In a pot, add coconut cream, salt and sugar. Cook until simmer on medium heat and set aside.

Step 3
Brush a steam plate and place glutinous rice in it. Steam on medium high heat for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4
Add coconut cream sauce immediately and mix. Cover with cling wrap and set for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Prepare the coconut cream topping sauce. In a pot, add coconut cream, sugar and rice flour. Keep stirring and cook until thick on medium heat.

Step 6
Transfer the glutinous rice on a place. Place mango on it and pour coconut topping sauce over. Ready to serve.
