Mango Salad Seafood Roll

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the celery and shrimps.

Step 2
Cut the mango flesh into strips.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the shrimp, scallop, celery for 2 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

Step 4
Place the seafood in the bowl, add the Kraft Miracle Whip, condensed milk, white pepper and mix well.

Step 5
Place the seafood salad and sliced mango over 2 wafer paper.

Step 6
Fold in the side and form into a roll.

Step 7
Brush the roll with the egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 8
In a pot, add enough oil on a medium heat. Deep fry the seafood rolls until golden brown.

Step 9
Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the excess oil and ready to serve.
