Without an ice-cream machine, you can still make a delicious sorbet with a blender. With the refreshing mint leaves, try this drink in this summer!

Step 1
Place the mango flesh, 100g coconut milk and maple syrup in a blender and blend into juice.Transfer to a air-tight container.

Step 2
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Step 3
Cut the sorbet into pieces and place in the blender and blend into smoothies.

Step 4
Pour it into the ice cube maker, refrigerate for 6 hours and set aside.

Step 5
In a glass, add the remaining coconut milk, sugar syrup, mint leaves and slightly mash.

Step 6
Scoop a mango sorbet in the glass, add the soda water and ready to serve.
