Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

Sift and mix powdered sugar and almond powder together. Add in 50g of egg whites and mix well.

Mix the flour with 3-4g yellow food coloring.

Gently blend 50g of egg white and 1-2g yellow food coloring.

Take a pot, add the sugar and water, boil till 118 ℃. Add the boiled water into the blended egg white, and keep stirring until creamy.

Mix cream into the batter, stir it, then pour the other half, stir along the same direction and mix well.

Cover the oven plate with a Silpan net. Pick up a decorating bag with circular tip, pour the batter into the bag, squeeze the batter in point shape on the Silpan net. Leave them at room temperature fo

Then put them into the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. When the fluffy edges appear, take them away from the oven and let them cool down.

Boil water with sugar. Then add the water into the egg whites. Slowly add butter into the blender till smooth.

Mix half of the mango flesh into the blended egg white.
