Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degree celsius.

Step 2
2.Mix the egg and icing sugar well, until the icing sugar melt completely.

3.Use a bowl to mix cake flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together, sift the powder mixture to the mixture in step 2 and stir well.

Step 4
4.Take a clean wok, flashing butter, rushed into the chocolate, mix well

Step 5
5.Mix the mixtures in step 2,3,4 together and stir well.

Step 6
6.Place the mould on the baking tray, stuff the mixture in the pastry bag and squeeze to the moulds.

Step 7
Put it in the oven and cook for 10 - 12 minutes, take it out and cool down for 5 - 10 minutes, take them out from the moulds and serve.
