Minced pork150 g
Firm tofu350 g
Garlic, minced2
Chili bean sauce1 tbsp
Water250 ml
Marinade
Shaoxing wine1 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Ground white pepper1 tsp
White pepper1 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinade the pork with Chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper

Step 2
Marinade the pork with Chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper

Step 3
In the pan, add the oil on the medium high heat, sauté the garlic until fragrant

Step 4
then add the pork and cook half way

Step 5
Add the chili paste

Step 6
and about 250mL water and bring the sauce to boil

Step 7
Add tofu to the sauce

Step 8
simmer for 5 minutes
