In a large mixing bowl, mix the cabbage, onion and carrot

Add ground pork and garlic

Add garlic, salt, pepper and mix well

Slightly beat the egg

Separate the lumpia wrapper and cut it in half

Separate the lumpia wrapper and cut it in half

Fold two sides in the middle and brush the egg wash on the tip to seal the roll

In a pan, add enough oil for frying. Deep fried the lumpia until golden brown about 3-4 minutes

Transfer the roll on the kitchen paper to absorb the grease
