Step 1
Cut the preserved egg in small pieces and slice the ham into strip

Step 2
Slice the garlic, and break the salty egg yolk in a bowl

Step 3
Peel the skin off the luffa and cut into pieces

Step 4
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and egg yolk

Step 5
Add the chicken stock and bring it to boil. Add the luffa and ham, cover the lid and cook until the luffa is soften

Step 6
Add the preserved egg and cook for another minute then serve
