Step 1
Seed and cut the winter melon into pieces. Soak the dried orange peel until soft. Rinse and soak the lotus leaf, raw coix seed, adzuki bean, black eyed bean and set aside.

Step 2
Bring winter melon, lotus leaf, dried orange peel, raw coix seed, adzuki bean, black eyed bean and water to boil on medium heat.

Step 3
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 1 hour.

Step 4
Remove the lid, add rock sugar and cook until melts. Ready to serve.
