Peel the taro, cut into cubes

Step 3
In a bowl, combine red dates and gorgon. Soak in water for 20 minutes

Step 4
Add taro to pan fry until golden on all sides

Step 5
Using the same pan, combine chicken broth with all of the ingredients

Step 6
Reduce to medium heat, add seasoning ingredients

Step 7
Transfer to serving plate

Ready to serve
