Longan, Red Date and White Fungus Drink

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the red dates, sweet apricot and white fungus separately for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Seed and slice the red dates. Core the white fungus. Chop the sweet apricot and figs.

Step 3
Cook all ingredients above with 800mL water for 30 minutes. Let cool, take out the white fungus and chop.

Step 4
Peel and seed the longan. Chop the pulp.

Step 5
Place the white fungus and longan into 3 serving glasses. Add the drink and ready to serve.
