Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop the lobsters and trim. Coat the lobster with corn starch

Step 2
Heat up some oil on medium high heat, add lobsters to pan fry until golden on all sides. Transfer to the plate and set aside

Step 3
In a same pan, melt some butter on medium high heat. Add garlic to sauté until aromatic

Step 4
Add lobster, Chinese cooking wine to quickly sauté for a minute. Add chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes until lobsters are fully cooked

Step 5
Add cream and cheese powder to the pan and mix well. Simmer for 2 minutes

Step 6
Garnish with green onion and serve
