Step 1
Rinse the red lingzhi mushrooms, dang shen and fu shen.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add pork shanks and blanch for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3
Heat the lingzhi mushrooms, dang shen, fu shen, water and bring to boil on medium heat.

Step 4
Add pork shanks and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt.
