Lime and Tofu Skewer

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill on a medium high heat. Cut the top part of bamboo stick in half.

Step 2
Zest and juice the lime.

Step 3
In a pot, heat the lime juice. Add the white miso, mirin and whisk together.

Step 4
Add 1/2 lime zest, honey and cook until the sauce has thickened.

Step 5
Pat dry the tofu and cut into 1cm thick.

Step 6
Skewer the tofu and place it on the grill until crispy and golden brown on both sides.

Step 7
Add the sauce over the tofu and sprinkle the remaining lime zest. Ready to serve.
