Lily Wolfberries Double-boiled with Pear

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the top of the pear and scoop out the middle of the seed to make a hole

Step 2
Place the pear into the ramekin, then add the lily bulbs inside the pear, add wolfberries, a pieces of small rock sugar

Step 3
Then add the water up to ¾ of the pear

Step 4
In a pot, place the rack on the bottom of the pot and add water just right above the rack

Step 5
Place the ramekins on the rack and cover with the lid and steam it for 5-8 minutes or until the pear is soft enough

Step 6
Use a tong to take out the pear and place on the dish
