Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak lily buds, black fungus, dried mushrooms and dates in cold water until soften

Step 2
Cut dates in half, mushrooms, fungus, buds, spring onion and ginger in sections

Step 3
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and marinade for 15 minutes

Step 4
Place in a shallow dish and steam in high heat for about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked
