Step 1
Wash the iceberg lettuce and gradually tear it into leave. Drain and trim it into bowl shape with scissors. Set aside

Step 2
Soak the Chinese mushroom until soft and cut into dice

Step 3
Cut the water chestnut and dried bean curd into dice

Step 4
Heat up a pan over medium heat, add some oil and sauté the mushroom until fragrant

Step 5
Add the dried bean curd, water chestnut, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper

Step 6
Cook for 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the pine nuts and sesame oil
