Step 1
Rinse the Chinese cabbage. Rim the bottom and cut into the size of the pot

Step 2
Remove the seed and slice the pumpkin

Step 3
Place the cabbage inside the pot and stick the sliced pork and sliced pumpkin in between the leaves

Step 4
Spread the crab meat and place the shimeji mushroom in the middle

Step 5
Pour the chicken broth in the pot and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the lid and let it cook until the cabbage is soft. Ready to serve
