Step 1
1. Rinse the slices lamb. Clean and peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

2. Peel and slice the ginger. Slice the leeks. Chop the green onion.

3. In a bowl, marinate the sliced lamb, ginger, leeks and white pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 4
4. In a pot, add enough water and add the winter melon, red dates and bring it to boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes. Add the sliced lamb, wolfberries and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt.

5.Transfer to the bowl, drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
