Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut carrots into large cubes

Step 2
Peel water chestnuts,cut into pieces

Step 3
Place ginger in a pan with boiling water

Step 4
Blench lamb ribs, add rice wine for 3 minutes

Step 5
Reserve lamb for later use

Step 6
In a hot pan with oil sauté garlic and ginger and add in lamb

Step 7
Add all remaining ingredients into the pan and sauté for 5 minutes

Step 8
Place lamb into a clay pot and add 250mLwater

Step 9
Cook in low heat for another 15-20 minutes until lamb is tender

Step 10
Add sugar and salt to taste
