Lamb Bisque

Lamb is useful to keep out the cold. We can eat some lamb in winter. Today we recommend a Mutton Bisque.

Step 1
Wash and cut the lamb into pieces,cut the potato, carrot, onion and celery into pieces.

Step 2
Press the garlic. Cut the green onion into sections.

Step 3
Heat a pan with some oil. Fry the mutton for 2-3 minutes until golden. Set aside.

Step 4
Sauté the green onion and garlic. Add the onion, carrot, potato and celery.

Step 5
Add the ketchup, water and lamb.

Step 6
Add spices, salt and black pepper. Cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes. Ready to serve.
