Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash the rice. Soak the red beans and lotus seeds. Remove the lotus plumule.

Step 2
Dice the sausage and cured meat. Dice the mushrooms. Chop the green onion.

Step 3
Bring the water to boil and add in rice, lotus seeds and red beans.

Step 4
In another pan. Blanch the sausage and cured meat.

Step 5
Add the sausage, cured meat and mushrooms into the porridge. Turn the heat to low and cook for 1 hour. Set aside.

Step 6
Sprinkle with dried small shrimps and chopped green onion. Ready to serve.
