Kung Po Chicken is a classic dish in Sichuan cuisine. You can replace chicken with tofu left after we have hotpot and make this spicy and appetizing dish.

Step 1
Cut the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper into pieces

Step 2
Cut the tofu into cubes and dust with some corn starch

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sear the frozen tofu until golden brown and set aside

Step 4
In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the dried chili pepper, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, peanut, tofu and toss well.

Step 5
Add the water, light sauce, prickly oil, sugar, salt, white pepper and mix together

Step 6
Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion. Toss well and ready to serve
