Chicken stock300 ml

Thinly slice the garlic

Blanch the bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the bean sprouts with dark vinegar

Step 5
In a pot, combine chicken broth and water

Step 6
Add rice, green onion, and bean sprouts, simmer for 2 minutes

Step 7
Add Korean chili paste, soy sauce, and mix well

Step 8
Transfer to serving bowl

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds
