Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean the crab, remove the shell and cut into 4 pieces.

Step 2
Clean the squid and cut into pieces. Cut tentacles into sections.

Step 3
Rinse the soy bean sprouts and drain. Clean the oyster mushroom and cut in slice. Rinse the crown daisy and drain. Cut the onion into pieces.

Step 4
Cut the daikon into pieces. Clean the zucchini and cut into pieces. Cut the kimchi into pieces.

Step 5
In a bowl, combine the Korean chili sauce, white pepper, salt and minced garlic. Mix well.

Step 6
In a pot, add the crab, squid, soy bean sprouts, beef broth and bring it to boil over high heat. Add the sauce mixture and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 7
Add the remaining vegetables, bring it to boil then reduce the heat to low. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.

Step 8
Add the kimchi and cook for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
