Marinade the chicken wing with seasoning for 30 minutes to an hour

In the pan, combine all the sauce ingredient except corn syrup and almond, cook the sauce in a low heat, when the sauce get thicken, remove from the heat and add the corn syrup and almond, stir well a

Dredge the chicken wing with the flour mix and place them in a hot pan with oil which enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry over medium low heat and flip once when the bottom parts turn golden.
