Korean Spicy Chicken Feet

Step 1
Heat the pan and toast the white sesame seeds.Cut the chicken feet in halves.

Step 2
Heat the pan, add the star anise, cinnamon, dark soy sauce, chicken feet and enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring it to boil over high heat. Then turn to low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. D

Step 3
Mix together the ketchup, Korean chili sauce and sugar

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil. Sauté the minced garlic. Add the chicken feet, chili sauce and cook over high heat. Add 200mL water and mix well. Cook until the sauce thicken

Step 5
Sprinkle the white sesame seeds on the chicken feet and ready to serve
