Korean Spicy Beef and Daikon Soup

This soup is a very common family dish in Korea during winter. Not too spicy, serving with beef and daikon makes it taste even better.

Step 1
In a pan, add sesame oil, garlic, onion and Korean chili powder on medium heat. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 2
Add beef and sauté until fragrant. Add daikon and stir well.

Step 3
Add light soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 4
Add kombu and some water. Bring it to boil, cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Remove kombu, add soy bean sprouts and green onion. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
