Korean Seafood Squid Ink Vermicelli

Step 1
Slice the green onion. Soak until curled and set aside.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add shallot and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Add squid rings, shrimps and sea salt. Stir-fry until cooked.

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil and add the vermicelli. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until al dente and drain.

Step 5
Add squid ink pasta sauce and mix well. Add sesame oil and mix well again. Transfer to a plate.

Step 6
Place squid rings, shrimps and green onion on top. Ready to serve.
