Step 1
Stir fry purple onion, tiger prawn meat and clam meat until medium well. Plain flour, glutinous rice flour mix well, season with salt and sugar. Add 100ml of water into mixture to become batter, and add 1 egg in. Put all sliced onion shreds, carrot shreds, tiger prawn meat, clam and kimchi into the batter. Add oil and all the spring onion, pour the batter in and pan fry it use medium heat until both sides turning into golden brown color. Mix the dipping sauce and enjoy.
