Step 1
Slice the onion, leek and cabbage.

Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces.

In a shallow pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until golden brown.

Add the onion, leek and cook until tender.

Add the Korean chili paste, brown sugar and chicken broth and stir until the chili paste has dissolved.

Add the cabbage, Korean rice cake and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the instant noodle and cook until the noodle is soft.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over and cook until the cheese has melted. Ready to serve.
