Peel the cucumber and cut into strip.

Separate leaves of the west lettuce.

Put two pieces of pork together, fry until golden both sides. Take out and set aside.

Put a piece of west lettuce on the pork and apply some Korean chili sauce. Then cover with cucumber and kimchi.

Roll it up. Garnish with black sesame. Ready to serve.
