Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Korean Oxtail Soup Ingredients

Step 2
Peel the daikon and cut them up into medium size chunks. Crush garlic, cut onion in halves and slice the white parts of the leeks. Reserve the green parts of the leek. Cut the oxtail into chunks, rinse under cold water and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.

Step 3
In Nutrifresh 29cm 4.7L Oval Casserole (Lavender Purple), add the oxtail chunks and water until covers the oxtail chunks. Blanch them until water boils. Pour out water and rinse the oxtail.

Step 4
Put the oxtail chunks back into the pot, and add in black peppercorn, garlic, ginger, onion, green parts of the leeks, rice wine and enough water to just slightly cover all the ingredients.

Step 5
Bring to boil on medium high heat. Skim off any scum that comes to the top. Add in daikon and white parts of the leek. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and simmer for 3 hours or until the oxtail meat gets tender. Remove the fat on the surface, season with salt and black pepper. Ready to serve.

Pat dry the pork chops with paper towel. Brush olive oil onto both sides of the chops and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with thyme leaves. Pit the plums and cut into. Toss the plums and the asparagus in some olive oil.

Heat Nutrifresh 24cm Square Grill Pan (Daffodil Yellow) over medium high heat. Once the pan starts to smoke, place pork chops onto the pan and reduce to medium heat. Cook the pork chops for around 6-8 minutes per side.

Take pork chops off the grill pan and cover with tin foil.

Step 10
Grill the plums slices and the asparagus for about 2 minutes per side until slightly soft. Season the asparagus with salt and black pepper. Serve with pork chop.

Crush the garlic, julienne the onion and cut the green onions into sections. Pat dry the pork ribs with paper towel. Mix well with all the ingredients for the marinade for 15 minutes. In Nutrifresh 20cm 1.7L Round Wok (Rose Pink), add in oil on medium high heat and pan fry the pork ribs until golden brown on both side. Take them out and set aside.

Add in ginger, garlic, onion and green onions into the wok. Sauté until fragrant for 2-3 minutes.

Step 14
Add the pork ribs, soy sauce, Coca Cola and water into the wok. Stir to mix well.

Bring to boil on high heat. Cover the lid and reduce to medium low heat. Cook for 30 minutes or until pork ribs are soft. Season with salt and white pepper. Ready to serve.

Oatmeal Apple Bread Pudding Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 165C. Use a bit of butter to coat the inside of Nutrifresh Set of 2 Round Shaped Ramekins with Lid (Aqua Blue & Cerulean Blue). Set aside.

Step 18
Peel and dice the apple. Cut the white bread into cubes. Mix the bread cubes, Quaker Whole Rolled Oats and diced apples together. Set aside.

Step 19
In another bowl, mix together milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Whisk to mix well.

Step 20
Lightly pack the bread cube mixture into the buttered ramekins. Gently pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes. Bake for 30 minutes or until the egg is set. Ready to serve.
