Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mince the garlic and ginger

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Sunchang Traditional Soy Bean Paste (Original), light soy sauce, mirin, honey, minced ginger, garlic to form the marinade

Step 3
Place the cod fish in the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes

Step 4
Place the cod fish on a baking tray. Put into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked inside

Step 5
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with sesame seed
