Step 1
Rinse and soak the wolfberries, dried longans and dried orange peel. Set aside.

Step 2
Bring water to boil. Add Black bone chicken and blanch for 5 minutes. Bring another pot of water and blanck the pork shank for 3 minutes.

Step 3
In a steam bowl, add black bone chicken, pork shank, wolfberries, dried longans, dried orange peel, dried Chinese yam, Korean ginseng and water. Steam on low heat for 2-3 hours. Season with salt if necessary and ready to serve.
