Step 1
In the pot, bring the water to boil and add the soy bean and cook for a minute, drain well

Step 2
Spread the soy bean over a large tray with kitchen paper at the bottom, set aside for 15 minutes

Step 3
cut the green onion into thin strip

Step 4
In the bowl, combine the green onion with oil, sesame oil, salt and pepper

Step 5
Combine the rest of the ingredients in another bowl, mix well and pour it over with the soy bean

Step 6
Toss well and serve
