Korean Dumpling Soup
Recipe Details
It is very easy and healthy to prepare the broth on your own by using dried fish and kombu. The soft and chewy Korean rice cakes are perfectly matched with the soup.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the Chinese zucchini, red and green chili peppers, and leek.

Step 2
Put the dried fish into a tea bag and place into a pot. Add kombu, water and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove the dried fish and kombu from the pot.

Step 3
Add Chinese zucchini, Korean dumplings and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4
Add red and green chili peppers, leek and Korean rice cakes. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 5
Beat the egg and add into the pot. Stir well.

Step 6
Season with salt and ground white pepper. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 7
Sprinkle with nori flakes and ready to serve.
